Front Street Consultants was started with the vision to provide high-quality and attentive Human Resources to growing companies. HR is a critical function of any business, but for many small to midsize organizations it does not make sense financially or structurally to employ full-time HR staff. Oftentimes, this leaves the management of these tasks to executives who are already too busy (or left undone entirely). Front Street Consultants is here to provide everything from general consultation to the execution of critical HR processes and functions.

Brett Hower is the owner and operator of Front Street Consultants. In his full-time job, Brett is the Director of Organizational Development and Human Resource Officer for Sixmo Companies, an operational investment firm in the Midwest. A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State football fan. B
